Ever since I could remember, I wanted to become a doctor. I had the privilege to study medicine at the University of Stellenbosch and graduated (MB.Ch.B) in 2014. I completed all three my service years at Karl Bremer Hospital and it was there that I realised my love and passion for childcare and women’s health. I pursued my passion and obtained my Post grad Diploma in Child Health with the College of Medicine South Africa. I continued serving the community in private practice since 2018. I have a special interest in Policystic ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), gut health and improving chronic inflammation by focusing on nutrition.
I’m a proud wife and a mother to a beautiful daughter. I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, running, cycling, and camping.
My lifegoal is to leave each person I encounter with a peaceful mind and a hope filled heart, so that they can also choose to live a well and balanced life. My day is filled with joy, when I get the chance to empower woman and put a smile on a little child’s face, but it brings me equal pleasure to serve the whole family of different ages.
I believe that all diseases has a root cause and by addressing it in a holistic manner, by choosing to eat a healthy balanced diet, exercise, rest and being mindful, it can slowly over time improve.
I’m looking forward welcoming you at the practice and it will be my greatest pleasure to be your doctor.
